I have always had a passion for creative design.
My love for baking began when I was a little girl making cookies and brownies for my family and neighbours. As an adult, I started my first bakery job at Sweet Impressions Bakery in Winnipeg, MB. I was in love! It was there that I learned how to properly hold a piping bag and professionally ice my first cake! My experiences at Sweet Impressions confirmed my passion for the art and lead me to pursue an education at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, BC. I graduated with a diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts and received the Finishing Touches Award for attention to detail and creativity.
After six years of working in the baking industry, I decided to pursue my entrepreneurial passion, establishing Lovingly Sweet in Edmonton, AB.
It brings me so much joy to be able to do what I love and to create delicious products that are truly works of art. Seeing the positive reactions of people when they receive my work is the best feeling in the world!
